Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant

Crozier Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a motivated individual to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant. The main purpose of the Administrative Assistant role is to provide administrative support to the Management team.

This role will report to the Vice President and operate out of the downtown Toronto office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Preparing product packages and quotations
  • Sourcing pricing, product information, and completing the order process
  • Answering client inquiries on behalf of the Sales Associates
  • Sourcing project opportunities through REED Insight, Biddingo and supplier references
  • Attending and documenting company meetings
  • Monitoring, maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining an inventory of current supplier catalogues and marketing materials

  • Organized, enthusiastic and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize own work and multi-task
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Ability to work both within a team environment and also independently
  • Experience working in a project-based work environment is an asset
  • Experience working with CRM software systems is an asset
  • Construction/Engineering background is an asset
