Sales Coordination
Responsible for providing support to the Landmark Sales Associates, including but not limited to:
- • Preparing product packages and quotations
- • Sourcing pricing and information
- • Answering client inquiries on behalf of the Sales Associates
- • Preparing product take offs from construction drawings
- • Sourcing project opportunities through Biddingo, DataBid, REED Insight, and supplier references
- • Forwarding all new inquiries to the applicable sales associate
- • Attending and documenting all scheduled Landmark meetings
- • Monitoring, maintaining and ordering office supplies
- • Maintaining an inventory of current supplier catalogues and marketing materials
Purchasing
Responsible for maintaining all supplier relationships in the Landmark division, including but not limited to:
- • Liaising with accounting department on client payment terms and credit limits
- • Preparing documentation and purchasing equipment from suppliers
- • Coordinating the logistics of an order from supplier to customer
- • Maintaining up to date, accurate inventory levels
- • Submitting all applicable documentation to the accounting department
Qualifications
- • Post‐secondary education required
- • Organized, enthusiastic and detail oriented
- • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- • Advanced MS Office skills
- • Advanced communication skills
- • Ability to work both within a team environment and independently
- • Experience working in a project‐based work environment is an asset
- • Experience working with CRM software systems is an asset
- • Construction/Engineering background is an asset
