Core Responsibilities:
- Preparing product packages and quotations
- Sourcing pricing, product information, and completing the order process
- Answering client inquiries on behalf of the Sales Associates
- Sourcing project opportunities through REED Insight, Biddingo and supplier references
- Attending and documenting company meetings
- Monitoring, maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Maintaining an inventory of current supplier catalogues and marketing materials

- Organized, enthusiastic and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize own work and multi-task
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to work both within a team environment and also independently
- Experience working in a project-based work environment is an asset
- Experience working with CRM software systems is an asset
- Construction/Engineering background is an asset
